Fifth Avenue Townhouse

This project entails a focused renovation of a corner townhouse in Harlem, overlooking Marcus Garvey Park. The new homeowner, a returning client with whom MuNYC previously collaborated on an extensive renovation of their West Village apartment, has entrusted MuNYC to further customize the townhouse to suit their specific needs.

Key modifications include reconfiguring partitions for direct sidewalk access to the house’s elevator, installing a rooftop pergola with an integrated photovoltaic system, upgrading the boilers and water heating systems from gas to electric, and making updates to the kitchen and millwork. MuNYC is working closely with the client to ensure these changes meet their vision and lifestyle.
