Kitchen Renovation

Gut renovation of a kitchen and laundry, and the addition of a bathroom in Prospect-Lefferts Gardens, Brooklyn.
The strategic removal of select walls, and the conversion of an existing window into a door vastly improved the feeling of space in the formerly cramped kitchen. The kitchen now has a direct connection to the cellar that allowed the placement of a large fridge in the pantry there while a smaller, under-counter unit keeps the upstairs kitchen light and airy. Direct access from the kitchen to the garden and a new deck with built-in seating, the addition of a full bathroom in the cellar, a new laundry, and central AC round off this renovation.
