Renovation of a penthouse loft apartment on top of a hotel in the landmarked section of the historic Flat Iron District, Manhattan.
To facilitate several uses of the space (penthouse apartment, meeting room and party space) the pantry hides its equipment and the king size bed can be stored in the ceiling.
An 80″ TV set hangs on a track and can easily be moved into a pocket in the wall for secure out-of-sight storage.
